Price Hosting Companies list there prices on monthly basis but mostly they charge yearly and some of them make a discount when you pay yearly , and when buying expensive hosting like VPS they charge monthly or quarterly 
Web Space/ Disk Storage/ Disk Space Is the places where you store your website files
Data Transfer/ Bandwidth/ Traffic/ File Transfer Data transfer means downloading and uploading files from your website. when visitors open your website and when you upload files to your site, that's what's called data transfer.
Domains Number of  domains (www.domain.xxx) that can be hosted in a single plan
 
Sub Domains Number of  sub-domains (www.subdomain.domain.xxx) that can be hosted in a single plan
 
Parked domains Number of  parked domains that can be hosted in a single plan.
Parked domains are domains that you can buy and add to your hosting plan but cant use. (you might host them for later use or to sell them)
Stopgap Domain Number of  stopgap-domains that can be hosted in a single plan.
A Stopgap is used to access your website when you don't have a domain name. you can use FTP but you wont have email service. this is what a stopgap would look like 123.uNNNN.providersdomain.com.
Redirect Url Number of redirectors.
 
Domain alias Number of  domain aliases.
Domain Alias points to another domain that you have and directs visitors from that domain to another. example: you can direct your visitors from www.yourwebsite.net to www.yourwebsite.com
IP Address IP address is either Shared or Dedicated
Shared IP means that you and other websites on the same server have the same IP address but the server can recognize which website is requested from the Domain name.
Dedicated IP means that your website will have its own IP, and when the IP is used instead of your domain name you will always see your website, where on a Shared IP you will get a different website (which are on the same server of your website) each time you ask for the website using IP address.
Virtual FTP Server Number of  Virtual FTPs.
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the way you can upload and download files from your website and in bulk easily.
Anonymous FTP Server

Anonymous FTP means that you can give Anonymous user access to download files from the FTP server.

Mailbox Number of emails that can be created using your Domain name zone. ex: admin@yourwebsitename.com
support@yourwebsitename.com .....
Mailing List Number of Mailing lists
A mailing list is a list of email addresses that are grouped and sending an email to the list will be sent to the entire group.

Auto responders allows you to setup a default message that will be emailed automatically to any email you receive.
Mail Box Alias Number of mail aliases allowed
Mail box alias let you receive more than one email to the same inbox.
Web Mail Web mail means that you can check your email on the web if you don't want to use a mail software like Outlook or Thunderbird.
